The Hotel Ristorante Giardino opened in 1971 as a simple “trattoria” with a handful of hotel rooms. A family-run country inn with Mamma Efresina in the kitchen, a firm believer in the importance of hearty traditional food.Her son, Massimo Biagiali, embraced the philosophy that the perfect dish should be “tempting, tasty and light” and directed his attention to studying and promoting regional cuisine based on high-quality ingredients.
Paolo, third-generation restaurateur, now welcomes guests in the dining room and speaks fluent English thanks to his Canadian mother, Patrizia.
